These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent applicable.
If you are accessing the Site as an employee or agent of the United States federal government, your access is subject to applicable federal law, including the Anti-Deficiency Act, the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and agency-specific ethics and endorsement restrictions.
