SANCIAN collects minimal information consistent with its role as a professional services firm. We collect information in three ways:
When you email consultant@sancian.com or projects@sancian.com, request a briefing via our Calendly scheduling link, or otherwise correspond with SANCIAN, you may provide your name, email address, organization, telephone number, professional role, and any other information you choose to include in your message.
When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard technical information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of access. This information is used for security, diagnostic, and aggregate analytics purposes.
The Site links to third-party services (currently Calendly for briefing scheduling, and email service providers you invoke via mailto: links).
